Damaging ultraviolet rays are blocked, whilst, harsh light is filtered to stop unwanted glare. Additionally, the adjoining room also benefits from a reduction in solar heat gain.
Shelter is provided from light rain showers (subject to a pitch of 14 degrees or greater) and additional privacy is created on the terrace.
LED lighting and heaters can be added to create a warm and cosy atmosphere, enabling the patio awning to be used all year round.
The awning can be made motorised for convenience, with wirefree sun and wind sensors available as optional extras.
In a wide variety of colours, the patio awning fabrics are available in block colours as well as stripes and patterns in both bright and neutral tones. Made from exclusive CBA (Clean Brilliant Acrylic) fibres – this material is the most technologically advanced in sun shading fabric and has been formulated to withstand stretching or fading over time. The fabrics are also self-cleaning and water repellent, meaning that they are very low maintenance and will stay looking, and functioning as good as new.
NATURAL COOLING
Optimum heat block is provided keeping the area beneath the awning along with adjoining internal room cool on even the hottest of Summer days. An appropriately sized and positioned patio awning can reduce interior room temperatures on hot summer days, which in turn, can reduce the energy consumption needed to cool down a hot room.
SUN SAFE
Blocking up to 99% of UV radiation, protection is provided to the skin. Also, the fixtures and furnishings inside the adjoining internal room are protected from sun bleaching.
ANTI GLARE
Bright light is filtered and diffused to eliminate glare to both the outdoor space and the adjoining room ensuring visual comfort for all – no need to draw the blinds to watch the TV.
MOTORISATION
