SMF (Survey, Manufacture, Fit)

The SMF (Survey, Manufacture & Fit) service allows you to sell premium shading products under your company name, while we handle the technical measuring, manufacturing and installation on your behalf.
You make the sale. We take care of the rest — professionally, discreetly and under your brand

1. You Make The Sale
You visit your customer and take approximate measurements to prepare a quotation. You quote your customer.

2. Professional Survey
Once the survey fee is paid, our experienced surveyor arranges a convenient appointment.

• We represent your company
• We take full, accurate measurements
After the survey, accurate measurements are provided so your quotation can be finalised.

3. Order Confirmation & Scheduling
Once approved and paid (proforma or deposit if over £3,000), we manufacture the products and agree an installation date with you. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks, longer during peak season.

4. Professional Installation
Our installer returns to your customer to complete the installation. Installation must be paid for prior to the fitting appointment.

Pricing is grouped into geographic bands based on your customer’s location.
You can request band pricing before visiting your customer — simply provide the postcode and we will supply the measure & fit cost.
You may choose to use all services or select from measure + manufacture + fit or measure + manufacture only.

Total Cost To You: £3612.50 + VAT (£4335)
Retail at £6000 + VAT (£7200)
Gross Profit: £2,387.50 from one sales call

Awning
Measure & Fit: £612.50 + VAT (£735)
Product Cost: £1,400 + VAT (1,680)
Total Cost To You: £2,012.50 + VAT (2,415)
Retail at £2,800 + VAT (£3,360)
Gross Profit: £787.50
